Return Policy

All sales with The Girls Who Ball are final. Each ticket, membership, and product is created exclusively for our community and requires advance commitments on venues, partners, and logistics.

Event Tickets

  • All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by TGWB, guests will receive a full refund for the amount paid.
  • We are unable to issue refunds for no-shows, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances outside TGWB’s control.

Merchandise

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
  • TGWB reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

Memberships & Subscriptions

  • Membership purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Benefits, early access, and member perks activate immediately upon purchase and cannot be reversed once granted.
